The Western Hemisphere Elite Baseball Organization (WHEBO for short [ wee-bo ]) is a 24 team fictional universe set in cities based around North and South America.

This is an established league and we are just about to begin our 12th season. This is a great chance to get in with a group of helpful GMs who are more than willing to welcome new online players just as easily as we are to have a savvy veteran join our ranks. If you've ever wanted to take on a franchise in something a little different, a little more fast paced, this is your opportunity to watch entire careers play out. Maracaibo Eagles have not made the playoffs in 9 seasons after having made the big dance the first two years and even claiming the Championship in year 2. This franchise has always been well run and taken care of by the previous regime but just hasn't been able to get out of second gear since that second season.
