How do you handle your promotion/relegation?
I have a setup of 12 in top league and 12 in bottom league and currently run a playoff between last in top league and best in bottom league to see if there will be a relegation.
I am considering expanding the second tier to 16 teams and then changing the setup to automatic promotion/relegation with possibly a 2nd team moving up via a playoff as well. Just wanted to get a feeling for how you guys handled it
in soccer generally 15% of teams are promoted/relegated from the top leagues, in cricket it's been 22% in England so I am thinking I've been overly stingy with my promotion and relegation places
