Does the \graphics\rink_pics folder exist in that save, and are there .png files in it? If not, you'll need to copy it from another save or one of the \quickstart_games folders; any one will work, they're identical.
If that's not it, try switching the skin (from the start screen-Settings menu) to the one you're not currently using, then exit and restart, and switch it back and restart again. That'll usually fix any missing graphics issues that persist when all the files are where they should be.
