I would love a "green light" option for steals. As opposed to hitting "steal" and praying your guy actually goes since you are having your batter take a pitch and "force steal" where i feel the success rate drops, have a "green light" option. basically the runner determines if he goes or not like the "steal button" but my batter doesn't take the pitch. very helpful for batters with two strikes,
Also, I would love for the option of hiring other team's minor league mangers and staff. Like, if I need a manager at the major league team, i could hire a teams minor league manager
