29 May 2299 - CA Premier Player Picked
It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Commonwealth Association, but last week Steve McGuckin of the Breakheart Banks Behemoths reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. McGuckin rocked opposing pitching for a .692 average (9-for-13), 2 home runs and 2 RBIs to come away with the award.
Presently McGuckin is hitting .306 with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs. He has played in 23 games and scored 12 times.
29 May 2299 - MA Presents Player of the Week Trophy
At the age of 28, Ryan Wegott might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Fiddler's Green right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .636 batting average. For his efforts Wegott collected the Massachusetts Association Player of the Week Award.
He racked up 7 hits in 11 at-bats, 3 home runs and 7 RBIs last week in 3 games.
This season Wegott is batting .409 with 36 hits, 9 home runs, 24 RBIs, 17 walks, .505 OBP and has scored 31 runs. He has played in 24 games.

29 May 2299 - Weekly Team Power Rankings
Mystic Pines and Eastlake continue to jostle for the first spot as they continue to hold onto the top records in the BMU. Trinity Plaza and Breakheart Banks are the other top teams in their leagues, though in the Dark Hollow Pond League, the Greentop Nursery Night People are riding an eight-game win streak to pull to a game back of the Behemoths.
We may also start to see some shifts as teams will become more active in June in trading for prospects while trying to secure a future move. That means teams struggling in the CBO could see their BMU teams improve and start to make moves.
