I may be wrong, but I don't think there is somebody out there who will create 32 logos plus jerseys and caps for you.

I suggest you try it yourself:

Pickoff

Jersey Creator

Ballcap Creator

It takes a little time until you get used to it, but it definitely is worth the effort.
