About as often as in real life. Not very often. Personally, for hitters, I try to draft those with high potential for contact and low K's vs. power. Too many times there are guys with high power potential but low contact and high K's and they end up hitting .220 with 30 HR's. I'd much rather have a guy hitting .300 with 15 HR's.
