I don't know if you are referring to the most recent post or not, but the routine should be pretty simple.
1. Put cursor on image, click.
2. Select 'view image.'
3. Click again to enlarge image.
4. Select 'save as,' then give any name you want to image and save in any folder you want on your own drive.
