Last year, Garlon created a special era_ballparks file to match his mod. It replaced the original era_ballparks file that came with OOTP21. But you had to download his mod to get it.
This year, OOTP22 comes with Garlon's era_ballparks file. It is the default. So, you need his ballpark mod (the one with the edited file names). If you download the ballpark files from silvam's site, the file names will not match the names in the OOTP22 era_ballparks file.
