Also, at least from my experience, look at those arrows as a loose suggestion. Not something set in stone. Dig into the ratings and stats yourself to confirm, in your own opinion, if the arrows are correct.
Some of this can be done by building views and filters for things you find important.
Another way that can be quick and simple, that I use and works quite well is to use the "rated compared to level" button. IE
go to your transactions>minor leagues page
If your monitor is big enough you will see all levels
I start at AAA and set all players compared to AAA. All minor leagues will now show ratings compared to AAA. I can quickly look at my AAA players to confirm they should be there. I can look to AA to see if there are players I should consider moving up. Once done with this...
change to ratings compared to AA and repeat the process. Then go on to do that for each level and you can quickly get through the whole orginization.
Personlly I do not rely just on the scout's ratings using this method but, I do trust it to get me on the right path. Before making the move I look at the player's stats, how long he's been at the level, etc. in conjunction with the ratings for final moves.
