One time I couldn’t save something in OOTP XX and the problem turned out to be the folder where the OOTP info was stored was set to Read Only. Do you know what folder your uniforms and logos are stored in? If you do, open Windows Explorer, right-click that folder, choose Properties. In the box that opens, if Read Only is checked, uncheck it and click OK.
