After further testing... The horn sounds do need to have horn_name_of_file, horn1_name_of_file, horn2_name_of_file, horn3_name_of_file, horn4_name_of_file.

I am guessing, unlike ambience, it uses a different naming scheme. So, I will be going in and changing file names and uploading them to the server again.

I will just start with 15 and work my way up.
