OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Can't do Exhibition / Tournament with current teams?

If you start a standard 'full' game you can then set up an exhibition game from the 'play' menu with current teams (as they stand when the game starts). I don't think you can do tournaments this way though, but I am a newbie so maybe there is a way
