Funny enough, I make a thread complaining about lack of 100's (but mostly the ineffectiveness of Live 100s) and I just pulled a 100 Tim McCarver. That dog will hunt for a while!!
They should either max out the live rankings at somewhere in mid to low diamonds, as another suggested, or drastically limit the number of Live 100's just a few. Essentially to players that have put up historically great seasons for 3 years straight or something. And then buff those ratings to put them at least on par with high diamond historicals or 100s
