Granted, I'm probably too lazy in my approach, but when doing my own dynasty I tend to take the view "as long as I'm not grinding completely to a halt" At least that's how I justify a slow pace
But seriously, if you think of this like "writing", which it is in broad strokes, I always find you can't "force" writers block and you just have to do it as it comes. Something like this has a lot more than just writing, which just makes it all the more complicated. You have to track stats, you have to make sure the game is handling your custom league setup correctly and not producing any errors (not fielding errors, those are fine

). If you buckle down on it all too hard it becomes another job and you don't have as much with the fun parts, so take all the time you need
