AFTER WEEK 2
On day 1 of week 2, Jeff Donajkowski of the Washington Senators has a strong performance as his team walks off, winning 2-1 in 10 innings against the Americans. On day 2, Amari Wiggins of the Chicago Orphans goes 4-4, scoring 3 times as his team beats the Beaneaters 3-1. On day 3, Sandy Trejo of the Blues hits 4-5, driving in 4 of the 14 runs for Cleveland against the Brewer's 7. On day 4, Brian McDaniel of the Athletics knocks out 8 in 8 innings as his team LOSES to Chicago 2-1. On day 5, Mike Valentine is on the news, throwing a complete game shutout against the A's 2-0. On day 6, Nate Weedman of the Cardinals pitches 12 full innings, walking off against the Giants 2-0. On the final day of week 2, nobody played any games. Interesting.
