I also wanted to say that given my lot in the universe, Worrell is a card I have pulled from packs on BOTH my teams...

Another thought... maybe the OVR isn't meant to be an "average" of all other ratings - but an "additional" rating used by the AI for various decisions. That would explain why Worrell is seen as a better reliever and used as such... and Wilks is seen as an "also ran". OVR may be something totally unrelated to actual quality - or contains a value not available to us.
