Honestly, what the game SHOULD do is what card games like Hearthstone do, and that's "lock" a perfect player from multiple pulls once it's obtained (which is what Hearthstone does with legendary cards), until you have no other recourse option (as in you'd have to own EVERY perfect card obtainable through packs before you could get a duplicate).
But that'd be nice of them to do, so don't expect that anytime soon. Just like their "live versus historical balance". AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA man did they get us good on that one!
