The St. Louis River Walkers have announced the signing of Rich Thedford as the team's new trainer.
Thedford, 42, comes to St. Louis after spending the 2032 season with Tacoma of the Pacific Coast League.
Injuries played a key role in the Walkers not making the playoffs in 2032, despite a 94-68 record, as their starting rotation suffered key injuries to Angel Tiburico, Kaneo Kawamoto and Izzy San Juan, who all missed significant time or pitched well below their projections.
