Go to your teams home page, click on settings, on the right hand side click on edit ball parks, click on the sounds tab, you would have two buttons, one says open sounds folder and the other will says open park sound folder.
If you do not have one that says "open park sounds folder" it will instead say, "create park sounds folder" You have to do this no matter where you get the game from.
otherwise if you are in your file explorer its in the same place as all data, Out of the park 22\data\sounds
This is the same place your jerseys, ballparks, ballcaps, ect are also located.
