To get them to stick you need to copy the logo files to the logos directory, C:\Users\username\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 22\logos. There are 2 sub-directories, cities and nicknames, that you also can put the files in. All the logos that are loaded when customizing your team come from these directories. There is also a _readme.txt file that tells you what all the directories are used for and file name formats.

I prefer to put my files in the cities folder as that folder is empty. If you put the file in the nickname folder the game will pick the first logo that matches the nickname which may not be the your logo when the game resets each week.

My files have the city and team name along with the colors I want for the caps and jerseys. They are from Cephus James collection. I have not had any issues with my logo and team colors resetting.
