Build-A-Legend is a program that will let you collect cards of a particular player and unlock your way to a Perfect version of the card through a series of missions.

Each B-A-L player will have a Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Perfect card. The 30 Perfect cards will be 1 for each MLB team (a player's other cards may be for different teams from their career, but the 100's will be spread across the 30 teams)

The Perfect version of Build-A-Legend is required as part of the Franchise Heroes program, part 1 (explained above)

The B-A-L cards are fully sellable on the AH, but as the Silver through Perfect are unlocked through missions, the quantity of them will be limited to the number of teams in the PT universe who unlock them (these cards will not at any time be available in packs)

In order to complete a tier, you need to have the previous tier(s) B-A-L card(s) and complete the mission for that tier (example, to complete the Gold tier you will need the Silver and Bronze version of the B-A-L card and complete the Silver Mission for that player to finish the Gold Unlock mission)

So essentially, this gives you a few paths to completion for the program:
- Find the Bronze version, complete the 2 missions per tier and unlock your way to the Perfect version (or how ever far through the program you would like to go)
- Buy tiered versions of the cards from the AH and lock them to complete the mission for the next tier

Under either path, you will need to have the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond card in order to unlock the Perfect card. The more obvious path would be for people find the bronze and build their way to the end by completing each level of missions, but without making SE rewards unsellable (something we have no interest in doing) the option does exist for people to sell and buy the cards should other users be selling it.

Also, if you "buy into" a tier, you still need to complete the mission for that tier (example, you buy the Bronze, Silver, Gold & Diamond cards, you would still need to complete the Diamond mission) in order to unlock the Perfect reward)
