• I want to see the name of the puck holding player above his counter.
• The puck physics needs to be revised.
• There is probably a bug with the goal horn. Sometimes it can be heard, sometimes not. In the classic game view mode, I also hear a whistle and a hit on the post.
• There is no highlight mode.
• There is no 'Sim to End of Period‘.
• When opened, we do not get the complete stats window as in the classic viewing mode.
• The movement, the 'animation' of the players is not really fluently.

In the classic game view we get a lot more information at a glance:
• Significantly better and more extensive information in the Play-by-Play Box.
• Shots fired at the goals.
• Assistant feedback in the box.
• Goalie info/statistics.
• When opended, we get the complete stats window.

Bring more information to the screen!
We want much more information in front of us while watching our games.
Maybe also optionally selectable and deselectable.

The classic viewing mode is much more informative and exciting in the end!

I wonder if the developers can still make the 2D engine playeble in this version 7.
In the current state, it is nothing more than a gimmick, an experiment, an immature prototype for me..

I like the Hockey Franchise Manager. This has been improved in small steps from version to version.
But when it comes to viewing the games, I'll stick to the old style.
I am disappointed with the 2D engine so far and watch the games in the classic viewing mode again.
I kind of agree with you. However, you have to remember that this is the first version of the 2D engine. I am sure that it will be a lot better in the next couple of years. I remember the first version of the game. It was terrible imo. Now with FHM 7, I enjoy it more than EHM. I have faith in the developers!
