The minimum age and draft rules aren't editable right now. There are a lot of potential problems that could result from changing a league's age limits, so that's off-limits until we can figure out how to do it in a safe way. Same thing for the draft rules, although I think changing the number of rounds should be reasonablty problem-free, I'll see if we can do that.
