First time playing OOTP without assigning anything important to the AI, and I have a question about scouting priorities.

Say I know I want to make a trade with a particular team. Is there any way to get my scout to put extra attention on their farm system, to get more accurate reports? Or do I have to manually assign "request report" for every prospect in the system in which I am interested?

I am thinking of the way selling teams send their scouts to attend games at each minor league level of a team with which they're negotiating.
