I always follow my standard operating practice of "what have you done for me lately?"
If a player is preforming like he is suppose to, he plays.
If a player is having a lousy season and hurting the team, I'll bench him if I can, even if he has a 100 rating.
Just because he is highly rated doesn't give him an automatic spot on my starting roster.
