https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/ and scroll down to the Town & City Names section, and choose one of those name generators, if you'd want a certain kind of feel to your town names, EC. The site also has many other generators you can use to get names for people and places and descriptions of items, et cetera, for sure. Just a suggestion, that's all. You may or may not encounter realistic names, if and when you check out those generators, but maybe some results might work well for you, i think.
