So this is my first year playing OOTP, so I’m still getting used to all the nuances of the game. My roster is pretty much filled with guys 85+ at this point, but I’m still a middling team in the Bronze league. On paper, I’m at best the 2nd best team in my division, but 40 games in I’m .500. My 3rd year, same thing seemed to happen. Felt like I had a good team on paper, was well below .500.

My question is, what are some of the things I should be looking at if the team is underperforming? Currently splits is the main thing I’m looking at, and adjusting if needed, but I know there is all sorts of areas I haven’t yet explored.
