Likewise, every time I select 'Auto-Calc Modifiers', it changes the modifiers to something different each time it's selected.

So how am I supposed to know what good modifiers are for starting pitchers if every time it selects a 'Starting Pitcher Stamina' modifer between 1.1 and 1.3, changes 'Hook for SP' to -3, -4 or -5 - wouldn't any of those have pretty significant changes?

Any of them should be decent enough to get close to the year you set but you might want to run a test by making a copy of your real league and run a season to see what you get if it's concerning.

The stamina modifier would probably mean more than the Hook. I would go with 1.1 stamina and whatever SP Hook of those you prefer.

The game runs sim seasons and averages the results to determine the modifiers. So each time you auto-calc or pick a year, it will run this again, likely getting different results and generating different modifiers. Just like if you ran a season again, it would generate different stats.

They should always been similar more often than not, I would think.
