Bugs Raymond pitched a good game but the Brooklyn offense was kept in check until late. They pulled it off, though, as a Frank Schulte home run kept them in it and a 10th inning Bill Sweeney RBI single gave the Superbas a 3-2, walk-off win over the Cubs.
