I am currently playing in a custom league and struggle to understand the concept behind a coachable/uncoachable player.

when my scouts report that this guy is pretty much uncoachable I can't seem to find a criteria for their judgement. the coachability attribute of these guys differ from 4-18... there is no sense in these reports. any help?
