I'm not sure if there is a stadium mod that uses the new 3D stadiums but with real ads on the outfield billboards instead of the generic Jackfruit, Lemon Soda, and Gasoline etc ads.

Silvams AAA 3d Ballparks mod on Steam have real ads like in the screenshot.
