I'm not sure this is actually working.

I have a Russian player who has been in the states (mostly NHL, a few years in WHL) since 2029/2030.

I'm wrapping up 2045-46 season and he still doesn't have even basic English, just fluent Russian.

Not isolated either as I have other veterans who only have their native language listed.
