Belial, I deliberately, as a test, put my negotiating at 0 to start this new save, I cannot generally get such favourable returns anymore so I am guessing 20 negotiating does have a significant impact, it also matters if the team has a need for the relevant position.
As for what I want on the Trade screen, I want feedback when you are trying to BUY a player with just draft picks, you don't get feedback from your assistant unless there is a player invovled.
