 As for what I want on the Trade screen, I want feedback when you are trying to BUY a player with just draft picks, you don't get feedback from your assistant unless there is a player invovled.

Thanks for testing that. It makes sense that a team's need and the negotiating stat can get you some nice trades, but admittedly, it seems too good 
I should mention, I noticed more when I was trading away a player's right for a draft pick. I tried to get a fairly decent forward (I think he was a 3.0/3.0 with good stats) but I wasn't able to pull off the trade. I purposely didn't make very strong offers just to see what would happen.
Side note: good point on getting feedback with a draft pick only. I also would like the assistant to chime in (even though my assistant seems to be 50-50, maybe lower than that, on being correct
