Another idea on trading...
A player asks for a trade likely before the trade deadline (when we get the message that the trade deadline is coming up).
This would primarily be an older player who is still productive (maybe 33+ and a 3.0 ability or higher) on a team that is not making the playoffs and wants to go to a team that is a contender so he has a chance to win the cup before the end of his career.
We wouldn't have to trade him or trade him to a contender, but if we do maybe a little bump in happiness and/or fan loyalty (sort of doing a good thing for the player and putting him before the team).
Something like this could also be during the off season where a player demands a trade. He's on a team that is rebuilding and wants to be on a "win now" team - perhaps mental stats would go into this such as team player, determination, professionalism, etc). This could be older players not wanting to go thru a rebuild process but also young players too.
