Is there no way to prevent the AI from using a starter in back-to-back games, when the team is set to strict rotation? Inevitably, the gassed pitcher gets knocked out in the first inning and a parade of relievers follow, which then leaves the bullpen tired, The pitcher whose start is taken is always skipped over and ends up missing a turn. This happens at least once a season.

Also, on a less regular basis, the AI will just skip over a rested pitcher when his turn comes up. As I said, the rotation is set to strict order, and the strategy is not mistakenly set to use openers. In addition, I have right-clicked on the starters to set their rotation spot.
