Walkers news: Jan. 29 -- Walkers land Drogo from Peoria for three players

The St. Louis River Walkers have acquired left-handed starting pitcher Shane Drogo in exchange for second baseman Wes Cohen, right-handed starting pitcher Ronald Crossingham and catcher Luca Tresh.
The 28-year-old Drogo went 12-12 last season for the Rivermen, in 33 games posting a 3.94 ERA.
Drogo first reached the majors in 2027 with Cleveland and spent the 2028 season in Chicago, before joining Peoria in 2029.
For his career, Drogo has pitched in 201 games (186 starts) and gone 66-61 with a 3.78 ERA.
St. Louis acquired Cohen in a trade with Evansville at the trade deadline in 2033.
A power hitter, Cohen played eight games with the Walkers in September batting .188 with two homers and four RBIs.
At Memphis, Cohen had hit .269 with 15 homers and 34 RBIs in 31 games.
Also during 2033, Cohen had played 10 games for Evansville, during which he had hit .237 with seven homers and 14 RBIs.
For his career, Cohen is a .236 hitter over 539 games with 110 homers and 335 RBIs.
Crossingham, 25, had a chance to pitch in the St. Louis rotation during 2033.
He started 13 games going 5-4 with a 3.96 ERA.
In his minor-league career, Crossingham is 49-27 with a 3.61 ERA over 144 starts.
St. Louis signed Tresh, 34, during the 2033-34 offseason, so he never played a game for it.
He last played for Cedar Rapids during the 2032 season.
