Walkers news: June 7: St. Louis 1, Milwaukee 0

Record: 34-27, 4th, 5.5 GB Cedar Rapids
Xavier Wigfall pitched into deep in the eighth inning and Josh Forgy handled the final four outs as St. Louis completed a three-game sweep of Milwaukee with a 1-0 win at Busch Stadium (2006).
Wigfall (5-5) allowed just three singles over the first 7.2 innings. He struck out five and walked two.
The right-hander exited after walking pinch-hitter Jim Sukut with two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Josh Forgy took over and retired all four of the batters he faced for his third save.
The game's lone run came in the bottom of the first.
Freudis Nova led off with a single off Crushers starting pitcher George McCardel.
A bunt by Eric Peretz moved Nova to second.
Jose Segura flew out for the second out, before Nick Shaw was hit by a pitch.
Jose Ramirez then collected the only RBI of the game with a double.
