By the time Gus Krock and Jim Burns joined the club in August, Pope, Harrington, Rooks and Williams were gone. At the beginning of August, the club got new uniforms, "old gold and blue" according to the Oshkosh Northwestern (July 31, 1886). The photo looks like it includes the new uniforms.
I would propose
Top (l-r):
Hoy, Unknown 1,
Harper,
Kinzie,
Burns,
Hallstrom
Middle (l-r): Billy Roche (who took over for Harrington), Chase
Bottom (l-r):
Gastfield,
Krock, Unknown 2, Unknown 3,
Ingraham?
Candidates for the three unknowns would be:
Frank Bishop, who was with the club all season
Ed McKenna (July & August)
John Green (July & August)
Jim Gallagher (August & September) - I think this might be Unknown 2.
Bart Duane, who was with the club early and again late may be another option.
Green and McKenna seem to have left about the same time Burns and Gallagher arrived. It's not clear there was overlap between them.
Jim Gallagher may actually have been Pete Gallagher (aka
Pete Galligan), whose photo on Baseball Reference is likely wrong.
If the photo was taken towards the end of the season (September), then you can add James Hillery and Joe Masram as options and drop Gallagher.
