Include the WHA franchises in the 'Add Historical Team' option.

At present you need to use the 'Add New Team' option to create a WHA team in the NHL . If you then remove, but a few seasons later recreate that same team again, the franchise 'history' is not maintained. However with the 'Add Historical Team' option you can add/remove/add the team and it's franchise history remains intact despite the gap between seasons.

Edit: To clarify , this is the WHA franchises that didn't eventually move to the NHL in real life.
