That image also appears in a story about Frank Harris which is linked from Harris's BR Bullpen page. The image in the Baseball History Daily story is in the style of NY Clipper player portraits, but the story doesn't list the image source and I don't have my copy of the Clipper biographies in front of me right now to confirm. |
Thanks, that's very helpful. It makes me nervous when they don't even have the correct name. That article goes through quite a few details, including how and when he died, whereas Baseball Reference has none of that. I wonder if we have the right guy...
