I still don't get enough rookie position players that I would like... the rookie pitchers come in and play well... but this may be the way real baseball is, too.... not sure though... any thoughts.
I have to retire old unproductive players and remove unproductive players from the reserve rosters... sure would be nice if the AI would do this.
It takes me about 30 hours of work to update rosters each year.

You would think that there would be a setting in which you could tell the game the level of free agent and rookie talent that you would like to have.
