Exclamation Please post here for problems re "corrupt or a save-game from an old version"

Hi all,
While we have been making changes every patch to help with these issues, we see that there are still people experiencing it.
Since we cannot reproduce on our devices, please post here and I can ask some questions to hopefully narrow down the problem(s).

Some items/info that would be helpful to me are;
- the device it occurred on
- how much free storage is on the device
- what you were doing in the session before you got this prompt and how you closed down the app (i.e. put it to background, saved and went to main menu first, etc.)
- if you have the log file for the session before you got the prompt that would be extremely helpful
- any other details that you might remember about how you use the app (especially relating to saving, closing or updating)
- the more info the better, especially if it may help me reproduce
