In justafan's Ballcap Creator use these settings:

Select under Shading: Light to 25%

Select under Shading: Dark to 20%

Under Textures select "none"... it looks like you use either "mesh" or "knit" for your cap textures.

This is how I create my caps and jerseys... knuckler did it with these settings, too.
