That makes me think a bit about the population centers around the Commonwealth. If Nate was indeed successful at uniting the four factions and driving out most of the dangers, then where would people be settling most. Here are my ideas for the most-populated settlements/areas:

1. Diamond City - A wide city area surrounding the Great Green Jewel.
2. Lexington
3. Quincy
4. Concord
5. Jamaica Plain
6. Salem
7. Roxbury
8. Easy Town

Eight other teams have appeal but are still not as big: Nordhagen Beach, Fort Hagen, Starlight, Goodneighbor (S. Boston), University Point, Atom, Vault 81, and Fairline Hill Estates.

The rest are farming or basic goods communities, so their population would not be as high: The Slog, County Crossing, Finch Farm, Abernathy, Sunshine Tidings, Warwick, Oberland, and Egret.
