Please keep my hometown in your thoughts. The eye of Hurricane Ida, expected to be a Category 4 at landfall, is headed straight for my hometown.

I am likely not to be here for a while, but I do hope to be back writing when I can. Otherwise, it will probably be a long, slow recovery for my hometown.
