Hello,

I am playing a fictional league with financials turned off and scouting turned on. At the end of the season my scouting director's contract always expires and I have to rehire him. I see no way of signing him to more than a 1 year contract or offering him an extension.

In previous versions of OOTP with the same fictional league setup the scouting director would always stay with the team unless I chose to fire him.

How can I keep the same scouting director without constantly having to rehire him every season?
