Walkers news: July 31 -- Miller returns from injured list; Martinez heads back to Memphis
The St. Louis River Walkers have recalled catcher Jackson Miller from the 10-day injued list, and returned 23-year-old catcher Manny Martinez to AAA Memphis.
Miller, 33, has been on the injured list this season, his first with the Walkers. This time he was sidelined with a back injury.
In the 43 games Miller has played for St. Louis, he has batted .302 with two homers and 18 RBIs.
Martinez has played very well in his three callups to St. Louis.
In 17 games, he is hitting .326 with one homer and 12 RBIs.
