I sim each game by simulating to the "next day" so it just turns out a score - I just check the scoresheet for performance. I could probably win more games if I invested myself in in-game tactics and whatnot, but I get more satisfaction about long term performance.
I'd reckon a single season will take me ~2-3 hours.
